    Return Policy

    Overview


    All Timeless PrimeBloom pieces are made to order. Production begins after purchase and involves preservation, design, assembly, and packing. We do not accept returns or refunds except for shipping‑related issues. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, once verified we will reship a replacement at no cost.


    1) Order Confirmation & Non‑Cancellation

    After we receive your order, we will reach out via email or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

    • Once you confirm, we immediately start materials preparation, production, design, and packing.

    • From that moment, the order becomes non‑cancellable and non‑refundable.

    • Address changes must be requested before dispatch; once shipped, changes may not be possible.


    2)  Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Cases

    The following are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Any reason other than shipping‑related issues (including change of mind).

    • Minor variations due to natural materials (shape, tone, layering) are normal and not defects.

    • Damage caused by improper display or care (e.g., water exposure, direct sun, humidity, heat, strong airflow).

    • Refused, incorrect‑address, or unclaimed parcels returned/held by the carrier. Reshipment can be arranged with additional fees.


    3)  Transit Damage or Loss

    If damage or loss occurs in transit, please contact us promptly with:

    • Your order number and tracking number;

    • Clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packing, and the issue;

    • A brief description and delivery time.
      Once verified, we will reship a replacement at no charge. Please retain the packaging for carrier claims.

    Note
    For best results, report issues as soon as possible (e.g., within 48 hours) of delivery; delays may affect carrier claims, though we will still assist.


    4) Unauthorized Returns

    Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or not processed.


    5) Refund Method & Timing

    Our remedy under this policy is replacement/reshipment, not a monetary refund. Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be processed to the original payment method.


    6) Duties, Taxes & International Shipments

    For international orders, duties/taxes/surcharges (if any) are payable by the recipient and are non‑refundable.


    7) Your Rights

    Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
