    Q1. What are Timeless PrimeBloom's "preserved fresh flowers"?

    A : Our preserved blooms are real flowers treated with a plant‑oil exchange process that retains their natural form and saturated color. Under proper display conditions, they last about 3–5 years. They are not dried or artificial flowers.


    Q2. What is the manufacturing process?

    A : We source peak‑season stems from Dounan, Yunnan and leading farms in Ecuador and beyond. After preservation via oil‑exchange and color fixing, our florists build each piece with layered materials and bold palettes, then seat it in our traditionally crafted glass vessels before protective packing and shipment.


    Q3. Where do the raw materials come from? What’s special about the vessels?

    : Stems are sourced from Dounan and world‑class farms (including Ecuador). Vessels include our traditionally crafted glass, allowing a cohesive flower‑plus‑vessel design.

    Q4. How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
    A : Every piece is made to order. Production takes 10–20 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 days (subject to carrier performance).

    A : For a specific delivery date or rush service, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, desired date, and address. We’ll advise feasibility based on production and transit timelines.


    Q6. What are the shipping fees and free-shipping conditions?

    A : Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Hawaii and Alaska are excluded and will incur additional shipping fees.


    Q7. Can purchases be made from outside the United States?

    A : Yes. We offer global air shipping. Please contact us before ordering to confirm extra shipping costs, serviceability, and timelines. Duties/VAT may apply and are typically paid by the recipient (where applicable).

    A : No watering required. Do not let the flowers come into contact with water, as it may cause color transfer or reduce longevity. Ready to display out of the box.


    Q9. How can it be preserved for a longer time?

    A : Display in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from humidity, steam, heat sources, and strong airflow. Remove dust with cool air or a soft, dry brush. Avoid frequent touching or compression.


    Q10. Will each piece be exactly the same?

    A : Each piece is handmade from natural stems, so slight variations in shape, tone, and layering will occur—this is part of its uniqueness.

    A: If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly via email or WhatsApp with your order number, tracking number, and photos/videos. We will reship a replacement immediately.

    A: Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept refunds except for shipping‑related issues. Non‑shipping reasons are not eligible for return/refund.
